The Hialeah-based knockout artist, known for ending fights early, went the distance for the first time in his career, earning a unanimous decision victory over Brazil’s Julio Dos Santos on July 25 at Hard Rock Live, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

Coming into the co-main event at 12-0 with all 12 wins by knockout, fans expected another early finish from Santana. But Dos Santos, also undefeated at 2-0, came to fight.
